1. Service Description
Our business provides electric car charging services within a 25-mile radius of New York City. The standard charge includes one hour of charging at a starting rate from $189.99. Each additional minute beyond the initial hour, will incur an extra charge of 85 cents. Travel after the 25-mile radius will result in an additional charge of $5 per mile.
2. Operating Hours
We operate from Sunday to Friday by first response call and appointment. Emergency services are available on Saturdays. Night services incur an extra charge of $30.00 with rates varying by county.
3. Service Limitations
- Our service is strictly limited to electric car charging. We do not offer diagnosis, repair, towing, or any other services.
- We are not responsible if the electric vehicle is completely discharged and charging cannot be done.
4. Client Privacy
- We do not transfer personal information of our clients to any third parties.
- We may film and photograph our work for insurance purposes. We respect our clients' privacy by covering faces in media content. However, we may seek authorization from clients to feature them in advertising and marketing materials.
5. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service if it poses a risk to our employees' safety or if there are concerns regarding the safety of the service location, such as dangerous neighborhoods or areas.
- We uphold a policy of non-discrimination based on religion, race, gender, or any other characteristic.
6. Employee Conduct
- Employees are prohibited from performing any unauthorized work beyond the scope of the established contract.
- Employees must conduct themselves professionally and refrain from making any offensive comments to clients.
